Torchy’s Tacos in Dallas is seeking a Shift Leader to ensure every shift runs smoothly and deliver a Damn Good experience to guests. You will balance hands-on involvement with guiding and supporting the team across FOH and BOH.

You will lead shifts, open/close, delegate tasks, mentor team members, uphold food safety and cleanliness, manage inventory and cash, and ensure compliance. This role offers growth and a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Formación

• Supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant or similar environment.
• State alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certifications required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
