Job summary

Torchy’s Tacos in the United States is seeking a Shift Leader to ensure each shift runs smoothly and deliver a Damn Good guest experience. You will balance hands-on involvement with guiding the team across FOH and BOH activities, including opening/closing responsibilities as a key holder.

Responsibilities include leading shifts, delegating tasks, mentoring staff, managing inventory and prep, and ensuring food safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant or similar operation.
• Strong understanding of food safety, guest service, and restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with a focus on guest experience and operational excellence.
• Serve as a key holder responsible for opening/closing and securing the restaurant.
• Delegate tasks to team members to keep operations smooth during shifts.
• Engage with guests to address needs with urgency and care.
• Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring team members.
• Maintain FOH and BOH processes, including recipe adherence and cleanliness.
