Responsibilities

• Supervise team members during shifts to ensure standards for people, product, cleanliness, and guest experience are met
• Assist Restaurant Manager with recruitment, retention, and coverage planning
• Provide direction, train new staff, and respond to issues promptly during shifts
• Maintain compliance with policies and health and safety requirements
• Drive sales and complete shift documentation and cash procedures
• Escalate issues to management as needed
