Collaborate with the management team to drive sales growth and lead by example, mentoring team members and providing on-the-floor leadership during busy periods.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all aspects of restaurant operations to meet Tim Hortons standards.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness, product quality, and a safe work environment.
• Enforce operating procedures and ensure high guest experience standards.
• Resolve guest complaints and contribute to sales growth and profitability.
• Support scheduling and floor leadership during peak periods.
• Coordinate with Manager on incentives and team coverage.
