Job summary

Tim Hortons is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator (HSC) to lead on the floor, coach Team Members, and ensure smooth operations during each shift. You will work closely with the General Manager and Assistant Managers to guide the team, maintain cash controls, and receive deliveries while keeping a focus on creating great guest experiences.

The role emphasizes steady leadership, clear communication, and a commitment to developing team skills and confidence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• People-first attitude with strong communication and a supportive approach.
• Confidence motivating others and solving problems during busy shifts.
• Commitment to creating welcoming guest experiences and upholding Tim Hortons standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the shift by guiding Team Members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Lead the team on the floor by coaching, encouraging, and helping Team Members build confidence and skills.
• Keep operations running smoothly by following cash controls, completing inventory checks, and receiving deliveries.
• Uphold Tim Hortons standards by leading by example and stepping in where needed to support the team.
