Job summary

Del Taco is seeking a Shift Manager to support the General Manager in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will oversee team members, ensure quality and service standards, and manage shift operations with a view to operational excellence.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in quick-service supervision, strong leadership, and a commitment to safety and teamwork. Open availability and familiarity with POS systems are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in quick service restaurant environment and ability to train staff.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with management and staff to deliver quality guest service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with effective follow-through.
• Ability to motivate and lead staff to achieve goals.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team to meet quality, guest service, food cost, labor cost, safety, and cleanliness targets.
• Run shifts and enforce Company policies and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of all work station functions and related paperwork.
• Provide leadership, training, and development to the restaurant team.
• Support staffing decisions and help interview candidates as needed.
