Job summary

Del Taco Shift Manager position seeks a motivated leader to support the General Manager, supervise the restaurant team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will help train staff, supervise shifts, and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of quick-service supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with POS systems. This role requires standing for most of the shift and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications
