Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Mattoon, IL is seeking a Shift Leader to help manage daily operations, lead Team Members, and ensure guest satisfaction during peak periods. You will open and close the restaurant, schedule labor, and coach staff to maintain service quality.

Responsibilities include addressing guest concerns, monitoring food safety, and coordinating with management to meet sales goals and uphold standards throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Certification as a Wing Certified Trainer in at least one hourly position.
• Completion of Shift Leader certification.
• Preferred: Prior experience managing others or two years of Buffalo Wild Wings experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Team Member performance.
• Open and close the restaurant, including all appropriate paperwork
• Address Guest complaints in the restaurant
• Monitor guest safety and security
• Manage labor on the shift
• Perform safe audits and daily QSC
