• Ability to take and give direction, and execute team and company objectives
• Knowledgeable about current marketing initiatives and up-coming events to inform guests and Team Members
• Knowledgeable of proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures
• Knowledge of RAS (responsible alcohol service) procedures as defined by laws and BWW policy
• Knowledge of menu and drinks to ensure quality and coach others
• Conflict management, analytical skills, and high emotional intelligence for problem solving

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Team Members to achieve sales and service goals
• Open and close the restaurant, including all paperwork
• Monitor labor, food quality, and safety during shifts
• Address Guest complaints and resolve issues
• Conduct Team Member pre-shift meetings
• Manage shift changes and cash handling tasks
• Ensure 100% table visits and guest issue resolution
• Perform Bar/Heart of House line checks and daily QSC
