Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure that 100% of table visits are performed and all Guest issues are resolved throughout the shift.
• Lead and coach Team Members performance and monitor labor on the shift.
• Open and close the restaurant, including all appropriate paperwork.
• Address Guest complaints and maintain high standards of service and safety.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and ensure proper stock, cleanliness, and bar readiness.
