Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Quincy, IL is seeking a Shift Leader to support management during peak periods. You will lead and coach Team Members, ensure 100% table visits, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the restaurant, supervising Front of House and Heart of House, executing shift paperwork, and addressing guest concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older at start of employment.
• Wing Certified Trainer certification in at least one hourly position.
• Completion of Shift Leader certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that 100% of table visits are performed and all Guest issues are resolved throughout the shift.
• Lead and coach Team Member performance.
• Open and close the restaurant, including all appropriate paperwork.
• Run a mid-shift and perform shift change with paperwork.
• Break down cash drawers, perform safe audits, and inspect credit cards.
• Perform Comps, Voids, and Discounts (CVDs) and Pull Backs.
• Monitor food quality, labor, and safety throughout the shift.
• Address Guest complaints in the restaurant.
