Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Team Members to perform at high levels.
• Open and close the restaurant, including paperwork.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Manage labor and safety during the shift.
• Perform daily QSC and maintain product quality.
• Address guest complaints and ensure a positive guest experience.
