Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to coach team members and uphold brand standards during each shift. You will assist the Restaurant Manager, assign tasks, monitor food and beverage preparation, and ensure a positive guest experience in a fast-paced Dunkin' environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven experience managing daily store operations.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beverages.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Coach restaurant team members as needed throughout a shift providing timely feedback.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively for smooth workflow.
• Support the training of restaurant team members as needed.
• Manage inventory throughout the shift and handle cash over/short.
