Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Marysville, OH is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and ensure safe, efficient store operations during your shift.

You’ll lead frontline teammates, assist guests with orders, manage the POS and gas console, stock shelves, and uphold all policies and regulations, including alcohol and tobacco sales. This is a full-time role with a 37–40 hour weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to handle cash, credit transactions and make change.
• Ability to lift 10 pounds and handle up to 21 pound packages.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to guests.
• Greet guests, ensure store is ready, anticipate needs and assist to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Operate POS system and gas console, process transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves and keep dip cabinet, coffee pots and ice dispensers full and presentable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, monitor temperatures and equipment.
• Complete time records accurately and follow management instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
