Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Glendale, OH is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily operations. This full-time role (37-40 hours/week) requires delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience and ensuring safe, ethical store performance under the Store Manager's supervision.

You will handle customer service, cash handling, and supervision of team members during shifts, including accurate POS transactions and enforcing company policies on alcohol and tobacco sales.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to operate store equipment and understand instructions for POS and gas systems.
• Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and provide correct change.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to Guests and ensure the store is prepared for guests at all times.
• Operate the DipSide items and ensure shelves, dip cabinet, and freezers are well-stocked and presentable.
• Accurately process transactions at the POS and gas console, including cash, checks, and cards.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
