Job summary

United Dairy Farmers (UDF) in Ohio is seeking a Shift Leader to support store operations on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts. You will ensure the Hi Five Guest Experience and oversee daily tasks to keep the store prepared and inviting for Guests.

Responsibilities include supervising guest services, handling POS and gas sales, stocking and maintaining cold cases, and following security and maintenance procedures. The role requires adherence to company policies and state laws for alcohol and tobacco sales.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English.
• Ability to greet Guests and provide high-quality service.
• Ability to supervise others and ensure shift tasks are completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests.
• Prepare DipSide items and beverages.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately.
• Stock shelves, dairy, and display cases; rotate stock.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; monitor temperatures.
• Complete time records and reports; follow management instructions.
