Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Ohio near Olde West Chester is seeking a Shift Leader for the closing shift. You will supervise associates, ensure a safe, efficient operation, and deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience to every Guest.

This full-time position requires accurate cash handling, POS and gas console operation, stock rotation, adherence to company policies, and compliance with alcohol and tobacco laws.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Able to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Able to follow store equipment instructions.
• Able to prepare DipSide items.
• Able to handle cash and payments with accuracy.
• Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and handle items up to 21 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests.
• DipSide items preparation and ice cream service.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately.
• Stock, rotate and present merchandise.
• Maintain store security and proper cash drop procedures.
• Keep the store and equipment clean and temperatures controlled.
• Complete time records and reporting accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
