Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader in Oxford, OH, to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and supervise shift operations. The role requires accurate cash handling, POS usage, and compliance with alcohol/tobacco laws.

You will supervise team members and ensure a clean, efficient store environment. The position offers full-time hours (37–40 per week) with shifts across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and understand English clearly for customer communication.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to handle cash, checks, and credit transactions with accuracy.
• Ability to rotate stock and maintain clean, safe store environment.
• Must be legally qualified to conduct all sales, including alcohol and tobacco per state laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests.
• Prepare DipSide items and handle ice cream/yogurt products.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately, including transactions.
• Stock shelves, dairy, and coffee areas, ensuring proper product rotation.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and report time records.
