Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily restaurant operations during a shift and lead a team toward exceptional guest experiences. This role focuses on staff training, adherence to brand standards, and maintaining top-tier food quality in a fast-paced setting.

The Shift Leader will oversee scheduling, monitor performance, and ensure safety and cleanliness while driving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. This is a path to management within our growing brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer-facing restaurant experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Must have or be willing to obtain required food handler’s certification for respective state/local area.
• Must be able to fluently speak and understand English.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate, and manage restaurant staff during the shift.
• Train new employees in procedures, guest experience, and company standards.
• Monitor employee performance and provide balanced feedback.
• Lead shifts by assigning tasks and ensuring smooth hand-offs between shifts.
• Oversee all aspects of daily operations during the shift, including food preparation and service delivery.
