Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restaurant shifts to ensure standard execution.
• Monitor guest feedback, coach Team Members, and address concerns.
• Manage labor to meet daily/weekly targets; adjust staffing as needed.
• Complete HACCP checklists per shift and uphold food safety standards.
• Review cash handling and secure deposits per procedures.
• Maintain logs and reporting accuracy for sales and operations.
