Job summary

Franchise Restaurant Concept Group is seeking a dedicated manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring food quality, service excellence, and a safe, clean environment. You will lead a team, monitor guest feedback, and coach staff to uphold standards while managing labor and costs.

You will participate in shift operations, cover hourly roles as needed, and ensure HACCP checklists and safety protocols are followed. Strong leadership and English proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily shift operations, coaching Team Members for consistent execution.
• Monitor guest feedback, address concerns, and coach to improve performance.
• Manage labor to meet daily/weekly targets and adjust staffing as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership and Team Members to promote a positive work environment and company goals.
• Complete all required HACCP checklists each shift (pre-opening, post-line flips, pre-peak).
• Monitor food safety standards, temperatures, cooling, re-heating, and prep procedures.
• Monitor cooler and equipment temperatures to prevent temperature abuse.
• Administer coaching and disciplinary actions per policies during shifts.
• Count and reconcile shift cash; prepare/secure daily deposits per procedure.
• Review server checkouts and credit card transactions for accuracy.
