Job summary

Franchise Restaurant Concept Group is seeking a results-driven shift supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will coach Team Members, monitor food safety, and manage labor costs while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.

You will collaborate with leadership to optimize performance, perform cash-handling duties, and ensure accurate reporting of sales and staff time. Strong communication in a fast-paced setting is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills for a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and cover hourly positions when needed.
• Monitor guest feedback, coach Team Members, and address concerns promptly.
• Manage labor to meet daily and weekly targets with proper staffing levels.
• Ensure HACCP checklists are completed each shift and food safety standards are maintained.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and POS transactions per company procedures.
• Review daily sales, timecards, and shift details for accuracy.
