Job summary

Dunkin' Derby Center in Derby, VT is seeking a Shift Leader to manage daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts. You will lead a team, uphold brand standards, and ensure great guest experiences through hands-on coaching and fast, accurate service.

This role requires performing crew-level tasks while guiding the team, maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and a smooth workflow. Early mornings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in food service, retail, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Prior leadership or shift-level responsibility is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize during busy periods.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering great guest service.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to ensure brand standards are followed.
• Work in all line positions to support the team and maintain speed of service.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Direct and support crew members, provide on-the-spot coaching.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Execute opening, mid-shift, or closing procedures efficiently.
• Manage cash handling, drawer counts, and safe drops as needed.
• Support inventory counts and communicate shift updates to management.
