Qualifications

• Fluent English required for guest interactions and team communication.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles preferred.
• Solid math and writing skills for order accuracy and reporting.
• Basic computer skills for POS and scheduling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coach Crew Members throughout shifts to uphold Brand standards and guest experience.
• Set shift goals, assign tasks, and provide timely feedback and recognition.
