United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and guest experience in our Glendale, Ohio store. The role requires leadership on a shift, cash handling, and ensuring quality service with adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console and handle transactions accurately.
• Ability to count money, give correct change and process payments.
• Ability to prepare DipSide items using dip cabinets and equipment.
• Ability to lift and move items as described in the requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare DipSide items like shakes, sundaes, and cups/cones.
• Operate POS system and gas console; process transactions and coupons.
• Stock shelves, milk boxes, and freezers; maintain cleanliness and rotation.
• Maintain store safety, cash control, and follow policies.
• Complete time records and related documents; assist management as needed.
