Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is looking for a Shift Leader to guide a team and ensure a high level of service. The role requires leadership to uphold store standards and comply with all laws and policies while managing daily shift operations.

The ideal candidate will supervise guest service, handle cash transactions, and maintain store equipment and stock levels. This full-time position involves 37-40 hours per week across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts at our Ohio location.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and understand English well for customer interaction.
• Basic math and cash handling accuracy.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS and gas console.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience with warm, authentic greetings.
• Prepare DipSide items and serve desserts and beverages.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately and securely.
• Restock shelves and keep dip cabinet and freezers presentable.
• Monitor store safety and prevent shoplifting and drive-offs.
• Maintain clean, safe store and monitor equipment temperatures.
• Complete time records and routine reports.
