United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to manage daily store operations, deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, and lead team members on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts in Powell, Ohio. Qualifications

• The Shift Leader must be legally qualified under applicable state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to guests and ensure high service standards during the shift.
• Prepare and serve DipSide items and related ice cream/yogurt products.
• Operate POS system and gas console, handle transactions and payments.
• Stock shelves, dairy cases, and equipment, ensuring proper rotation and cleanliness.
• Maintain store security and monitor cash handling with proper procedures.
• Perform maintenance tasks and ensure store and equipment are clean and temperatures are within safe ranges.
• Accurately complete time records and reporting; perform other duties as assigned by management.
