Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Ohio is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and supervise daily store operations. You will ensure safe, ethical handling of alcohol and tobacco sales, manage cash and POS, greet guests, and coordinate duties with on-duty staff.

The role requires following policy, maintaining cleanliness, monitoring temps, and completing time records; shifts include 1st-3rd, full-time 37-40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide friendly guest service and follow the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Cash handling and POS operation accuracy.
• Ability to communicate in English with customers.
• Legal eligibility to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide signature Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• Greet guests, anticipate needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately; handle payments.
• Maintain stocked shelves, dairy products, and display presentation.
• Monitor store safety, cleanliness and equipment temperatures.
• Complete time records and associated documents.
• Follow management direction and perform other duties as assigned.
