Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver exceptional guest service and supervise team members during 37–40 hours per week. The role requires accurate POS and gas-console operation, cash handling, and adherence to safety and alcohol/tobacco policies.

You will guide associates through the Hi Five Guest Experience, maintain stock and cleanliness, and execute daily reporting and duties as assigned. Competitive pay reflects the Ohio market for full-time shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience or similar customer service program.
• Ability to handle cash, credit transactions, and balancing cash drawers.
• Knowledge of store point-of-sale systems and gas console operations.
• Compliance with alcohol and tobacco sale laws.
• Supervisory skills to lead associates during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience at all times with warmth and efficiency.
• Prepare DipSide items and beverages for guests.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately and handle transactions.
• Keep shelves and equipment stocked, clean, and well-presented.
• Monitor store security and follow cash-control procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
• Complete time records and guest-related documentation as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
