Job summary

MOD Pizza is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Austin location. You will lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, mentor team members, and uphold MOD standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will train new hires, support program rollouts, and ensure safety and quality across BOH and FOH. The role requires flexibility to lead or assist as needs arise and to model MOD’s values on every shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Must demonstrate success as a mentor, trainer, or informal leader.
• Strong decision-making and communication skills required.
• Must obtain a food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires.
• Ensure guest experiences are outstanding and operations run smoothly.
• Manage deployment of squad, inventories, and shift checklists to uphold MOD standards.
