Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience across all service steps. You will supervise shift operations, handle cash and POS transactions, and ensure the store runs smoothly with attention to safety, cleanliness and policy compliance.

The role requires strong English communication, ability to lift heavy items, and flexibility to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts. Pay ranges from $13.50 to $15.25 per hour, with full-time schedule (37-40 hours).

Qualifications

• Speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Able to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console.
• Capable of handling coins, currency, checks, credit transactions and making change.
• Able to prepare DipSide items using dip cabinets.
• Able to lift and move merchandise as described in the job postings.

Responsibilities

• Provide signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare shakes, ice cream, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed containers.
• Efficiently operate POS system and gas console, including transactions and cash handling.
• Maintain stocked shelves, dairy displays and dip cabinet, rotate stock.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness and adherence to policies; assist with reporting time records.
