Job summary

Papa John’s International is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring quality products, excellent customer service, and strong team performance. You’ll lead by example, enforce policies, and help keep the restaurant compliant and profitable.

We value 1 year of QSR experience, POS familiarity, and ServSafe knowledge. Evening and weekend availability is required, with opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
