Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED; EPL SPECS certification or 1+ year supervisory experience; pass FSA after hire.

Aufgaben

• Lead opening/closing procedures and coordinate crew tasks.
• Ensure service speed and safety standards (QSC) are met.
• Adjust staffing based on sales and supervise cash handling.
• Train team on new products and procedures.
• Oversee deposits, audits, and inventory accuracy.
