Job summary

El Pollo Loco in North Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Shift Leader to guide restaurant operations on assigned shifts and uphold service standards. You will lead a team, manage opening/closing tasks, and ensure safety and quality while delivering fast, friendly service.

The role offers competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities. A high school diploma or GED and supervisory experience are preferred, with EPL certifications required or obtainable after hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Must pass EPL FSA class after hire.
• Must be EPL SPECS certified or have 1+ year supervisory restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures and manage crew tasks.
• Ensure service speed and quality, maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Adjust staffing based on sales and supervise breaks.
• Train team on new products and procedures.
• Manage cash handling, deposits and audits during shifts.
• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
