Qualifications

• Must be certified on EPL SPECS positions or have 1+ year of restaurant supervisory experience and pass EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) after hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service speed and cleanliness to meet standards.
• Adjust staffing based on sales and supervise breaks.
