Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; preferred certification on EPL SPECS positions or ability to pass EPL Food Safety Audit after hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures, manage crew tasks, conduct inventory checks and handle deliveries.
• Ensure service speed and cleanliness meet company standards and health/safety guidelines.
• Prioritize tasks, manage breaks and adjust staffing based on sales volume.
• Train and support team on new products and procedures.
• Manage cash handling, deposits and ensure compliance with procedures during shifts.
• Greet customers and assist with orders to ensure a positive guest experience.
