The role emphasizes coaching, cash handling, and maintaining quick service while delivering fire-grilled experiences that keep guests returning. A high school diploma or equivalent and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must be certified on EPL SPECS positions or have 1+ years of restaurant supervisory experience and pass the EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) class after hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures and coordinate crew tasks.
• Ensure service speed and QSC safety standards are met.
• Train and support team on new products and procedures.
• Handle cash drawers, deposits, and cash register operations during shifts.
