Pret is seeking a Team Leader in Philadelphia to run shifts, coach staff, and uphold Pret standards. You’ll lead by example, ensure smooth operation during peak and slow times, and solve problems on the spot while promoting Pret’s values and guest experience.

This role offers hands-on leadership with opportunities to grow into higher management, learning how to drive sales, manage costs, and build a strong team culture in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts with confidence to ensure smooth operations from open to close.
• Coach and train Team Members on food prep, barista skills, guest service, and Pret standards.
• Provide real-time feedback to help team members grow and perform better.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to align daily goals and priorities.
• Create a positive, energized environment that motivates the team and guests.
