Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments.
• Experience leading shifts and managing teams of 5+ employees.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts confidently from open to close and ensure smooth operations.
• Coach and train Team Members on food prep, barista skills, guest service, and Pret standards.
• Give real-time feedback to help team members improve and grow.
• Conduct pre-shifts to align daily goals and priorities.
• Create a positive, energized environment where people want to work hard.
• Address team concerns and report performance or development needs to the Manager.
