Jersey Mike's is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily restaurant operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will lead the team, coach crew members, and ensure subs are prepared to the brand's standards.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service leadership experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to train, coach, and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during assigned shifts with positive leadership and customer service.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience while ensuring food meets Jersey Mike's standards.
• Coach, support, and motivate Crew Members throughout each shift.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe restaurant environment.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Manage shift execution, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Assist with inventory, product rotation, and minimizing food waste.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operations.
