Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily operations in our Rogers, MN location. You’ll partner with the General Manager to uphold brand standards, lead team members, and ensure excellent guest experiences during each shift.

You’ll coach, train, and coach the team on product knowledge and promotions while handling tasks such as banking, inventory, and ordering with integrity.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a leadership role or trained and approved to take on Shift Leader responsibilities.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and brand standards, keeping the team engaged and on track.
• Optimize product sales while managing waste and maintaining an inviting coffeehouse environment.
• Know the day’s deployment and roles, communicating clearly on the floor to keep the shift moving.
• Delegate objectives and tasks, reading team needs and shift priorities.
• Own the shift and ensure a smooth hand-off to the next shift.
