Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to guide store operations alongside the General Manager. The role emphasizes team leadership, guest connection, and upholding standards for service, cleanliness and product quality.

You will coach staff, train on products and promotions, and help manage daily tasks to ensure a smooth shift and outstanding guest experiences at our Little Canada location in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure team follows SOP and quality standards.
• Coach and provide feedback to Team Members during shifts.
• Train team on role responsibilities, product knowledge and promotions.
• Perform administrative tasks including deposits, inventory and orders.
