Responsibilities

• Leads shifts with brand standards, products, cleanliness and guest connections
• Manages shift execution and team engagement to keep the shift on track
• Coaches and trains team on responsibilities, product knowledge and promotions
• Handles administrative tasks including cash handling, inventory, and orders
• Owns Shift Leader duties as Manager on Duty and ensures safe store operations
• Delivers smooth hand-offs to the next shift and maintains SOPs and store standards
