Job summary

The Press Club Grill is seeking an Hourly Shift Leader in Colorado. You will oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts when management is not present, supervise a team, and ensure efficient service and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction and fractions.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Physical stamina to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees.
• Delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage and issuing of supplies.
• Assist in supervision of preparation, sales and service of food.
• Supervise food preparation and service operations during shifts.
• Help during rush periods to ensure restaurant efficiency.
• Complete daily food preparation and portioning tasks.
• Assist with daily and weekly paperwork and maintenance.
