Job summary

Burger King in Colorado is hiring an Hourly Shift Leader to oversee restaurant operations during shifts when management is not present. You will supervise a staff, delegate tasks for ordering, storage, and service, assist in preparation, and help keep the store clean and running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as business dictates.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees during shifts.
• Delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing supplies.
• Assist in the supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food.
• Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty.
• Assist Team Members during rush periods to ensure restaurant efficiency.
• Complete daily food preparation including meat and vegetable slicing and portioning.
• Assist in daily and weekly paperwork and inventory.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and upkeep on equipment and supplies.
