Job summary

The Press Club Grill is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and ensure fast, friendly service. You’ll manage prep, cleanliness, and cash handling while coordinating with the General Manager to keep store performance strong.

Growth opportunities include promotion into Assistant Manager roles, with exposure to scheduling, inventory, and profitability planning as you learn store leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet for the shift.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food prep, customer service, and store cleanliness during your shift.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members on shift.
• Assist with orders, sandwich prep, or driver support as needed.
• Ensure world‑class service and maintain cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to run the shift efficiently.
