Job summary

The Press Club Grill in Windsor, CO is seeking an Hourly Shift Leader to run restaurant operations during shifts when management is not present, ensuring smooth service and adherence to standards.

You will supervise a team, manage daily prep, ordering, and daily paperwork, while supporting efficiency during busy periods and maintaining quality food service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to use basic math, addition, subtraction, and understand basic fractions.
• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work overtime, holidays and weekends as business dictates.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees.
• Delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of supplies to minimize losses.
• Assist in supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food.
• Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty.
• Assist during rush periods to ensure restaurant efficiency.
• Complete daily food preparation including slicing and portioning.
• Assist in daily and weekly paperwork.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and upkeep on store equipment and supplies.
• Performs other related duties as required.
