Job summary

Burger King in Colorado is seeking an Hourly Shift Leader to oversee restaurant operations during shifts when management is not present. You will supervise a team, ensure smooth daily operations, and help maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees.
• Delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of supplies.
• Assist in supervision of food preparation, sales, and service.
• Oversee food preparation and service operations during the shift.
• Support team during rush periods to maintain efficiency.
• Complete daily food prep including slicing and portioning.
