Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and ensure high quality products and customer service. You will manage operations in line with company policies, procedures and systems and help sustain restaurant profitability.

Ideal candidates have prior restaurant shift lead experience and a readiness to enforce food safety and service standards, while maintaining a positive, proactive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines for each station, handles dough management, portioning and quality control.
• Exhibits positive attitude, teamwork, and adaptability to change.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and maintains product quality, customer service and cost targets.
• Contributes to profit goals by managing inventory and cash handling within company policies.
