Job summary

Papa John’s is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts, ensure quality products, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will help manage daily operations, uphold company policies, and drive profitability while maintaining safety and guest satisfaction.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED (Serv-Safe certification preferred) and prior shift-lead experience. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
